Credits
100 credits is a dollar.
Agents call models, and models are metered by the word. A quick question costs a fraction of a credit. A long brief with a deep org chart, a lot of reading and a file at the end costs a few. Nothing is rounded up to a whole credit, and nothing is charged twice.
There used to be five tiers, which asked you to guess your own monthly compute before you had watched this do anything once. That is not a question anybody can answer on the way in, so it is gone. Two prices now, and only because the second answers a question the first cannot: somebody who has already spent 2,000 credits knows whether they need more, which is a judgement made from evidence rather than a guess made on the way in.
traven picks the model for each job — research, code, copywriting and planning are different work, and the model that wins one does not win the others. What it no longer asks is which price tier you want. That question made you price-shop a decision you had no way to make, and it is gone: one tier, and the routing happens underneath it.
Companies
Teams are set up by hand.
A company workspace — shared projects, roles, per-person ceilings, one invoice — is not on self-serve signup at the moment. We are setting them up one at a time so that each is configured properly and somebody has actually spoken to you.
Teams stay on usage billing rather than plans: you are invoiced monthly, in arrears, for exactly what your agents ran, with a ceiling per person and a ceiling for the team. Adding people is free, because nobody is charged for existing.

What happens when I run out of credits?
Runs stop until your credits reset on your billing date. Nothing is deleted and nothing is cut off mid-run — your projects, files and connections stay exactly as they are. If you are running out every month, tell us — that is a thing to fix rather than a bigger number to sell you.
Do unused credits roll over?
Yes. A quiet month is not a wasted one: whatever is left is still there when the next month’s credits arrive, and they add to it. You paid for them. If you regularly finish with most of your allowance untouched, the balance you have built up is still yours.
Is there a free version?
Free is the free version, and it is a real one: 500 free credits with every model and every connector behind them, and no clock counting down. What it is not is permanent — it takes a card up front and, when those credits are spent, Traven starts at $20.00 a month. Cancelling before then costs nothing.
What if I stop paying?
Agents stop starting work on the paid models and everything you have made stays exactly where it is — projects, files, connections, automations. Start a plan again and it picks up where it left off. Nothing is deleted for non-payment.
Can I cancel?
Month to month, in a click, from the billing portal. You keep the credits you have already paid for until the end of the period, and then you are not billed again.
